After checking the ebay listing, I like the way you did her nose and hands. The little nail polish accents are adorable!
However, I think the console needs more work. Using a rotary cutter to make crisp, clean edges on all your console pieces would make a dramatic difference. And an insert of stiff interfacing layers instead of fiber fill will make it look more industrial and authentic.
